Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support

  • Handle data entry, filing, document preparation, and correspondence.

  • Assist in processing insurance applications, policy renewals, and claims documentation.

  • Maintain and update customer records accurately in the system.

  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and follow-ups with clients and agents.

  • Support in generating reports, tracking submissions, and monitoring pending cases.

  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth workflow.

  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • Min 1 year of experience in Administrative

  • Working Location: Suntec

  • Working Hours: Mon to Fri (9am - 6pm)

  • Salary: Up to $2800

  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice
