Customer Service Executive

Job Scope:

  • Handle customer enquiries and coordinate shipment bookings

  • Arrange and monitor space bookings

  • Liaise closely with Import/Export departments to ensure smooth job execution

  • Prepare pre-alerts for all relevant stations before shipment arrival or departure

  • Check shipment arrival and uplift details daily; update customers with relevant information

  • Ensure all special handling requests from customers are fulfilled accurately

  • Communicate effectively with all parties using diplomacy and negotiation skills

  • Maintain proper filing systems and ensure good housekeeping

  • Build and strengthen working relationships with both internal and external customers

  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sea freight forwarding

  • GCE ‘O’ Level qualification or higher

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm, Saturdays: 8:30am – 12:30pm

  • Location: Tampines

  • Salary: up to $3500

  • Able to start work immediate or on short notice
