IT Support Executive(Helpdesk), Semiconductor Industry

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to helpdesk calls

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware issues (desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals).

  • Provide first-level technical support and resolve IT tickets.

  • Maintain IT hardware inventory and track lifecycle management.

  • Assist in setting up and configuring IT hardware for management team.

  • Ensure hardware compliance with security policies and standards.

  • Document troubleshooting procedures and recommend process improvements.

  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.

  • 2 years' of IT hardware support/helpdesk experience, preferably in semiconductor or manufacturing.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills, basic networking knowledge, and IT security awareness.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to support non-technical users.

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.15am – 6pm

  • Location: Yishun

  • Salary: up to $3400

  • Able to start work immediately or on short notice
