Responsibilities:
Attend to helpdesk calls
Diagnose and resolve hardware issues (desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals).
Provide first-level technical support and resolve IT tickets.
Maintain IT hardware inventory and track lifecycle management.
Assist in setting up and configuring IT hardware for management team.
Ensure hardware compliance with security policies and standards.
Document troubleshooting procedures and recommend process improvements.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
2 years' of IT hardware support/helpdesk experience, preferably in semiconductor or manufacturing.
Strong troubleshooting skills, basic networking knowledge, and IT security awareness.
Excellent communication skills and ability to support non-technical users.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.15am – 6pm
Location: Yishun
Salary: up to $3400
Able to start work immediately or on short notice
