Assistant Application Engineer

Job Scope:

• Respond to phone and email inquiries from sales reps and customers regarding product specifications and applications.

• Conduct product testing for sales reps and customers.

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues both remotely and on-site.

• Provide on-site support, including setup and system adjustments.

• Conduct post-sales training and create/update related manuals.

• Assist with on-site customer presentations when required.

• Identify opportunities to improve department efficiency and lead improvement projects.

• Perform other duties or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Training provided

• Knowledge in Logic Control, PLC, HMI Programming is an added advantage

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:15am - 5:30pm)

• Location: Kallang

• Salary: up to $3200

• 1 Year Contract, Renewable + Attractive Incentives

• Able to start work immediate or on short notice
