Quality Compliance Engineer

Job Scope:

• Help the QA or Quality Manager improve the Quality Management System (QMS) to meet IATF standards.

• Review and approve production batch records.

• Promote quality policies, goals, and customer-specific requirements across the company.

• Check and follow up on corrective actions for quality problems to make sure they work.

• Keep customer requirements up to date and train staff on them.

• Write and update quality procedures and work instructions based on IATF/ISO standards.

• Handle changes to key processes and support internal, customer, and supplier audits.

• Perform internal audits, report issues, and suggest improvements.

• Assist with customers complaints.

• Solve quality issues in production and assist during audits.

• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related fields

• Min 3 years of relevant experience

• Location: Bedok

• Working hours: Mon-Fri (8am - 5pm)

• Salary: Up to $4500

• Available to start work within short notice
