Payroll Executive(Permanent Part-Time)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for approximately 250 employees

  • Ensure accurate salary computation, CPF contributions, and statutory filings

  • Prepare payroll reports and monthly summaries for management

  • Handle payroll-related employee queries in a timely manner

  • Work closely with HR and Finance to ensure smooth payroll operations

  • Ensure compliance with MOM, CPF, IRAS, and other regulatory requirements

  • Assist with year-end tax submissions (e.g., IR8A, IR21)

  • Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll data at all times

  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • Min. 2 year's of related work experience is preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel functions

  • Strong knowledge of MOM regulations for compliance

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm

  • Work Location: Clarke Quay 

  • Salary: up to $2500

  • Able to commit permanently to the last 2 weeks of each month on an ongoing basis
