Regional Finance Manager

Job Scope:

• Act as a strategic financial partner to the business owner of a multi-entity, multi-country group

• Communicate complex financial insights clearly and effectively to non-finance stakeholders

• Oversee financial operations, reporting, and performance for each company within the group

• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes across all regions

• Analyze financial data to support business decision-making

• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and tax regulations

• Strengthen internal controls and implement best practices in financial management

• Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies

• Manage and coordinate external audits and tax filings for all entities

• Supervise and support finance teams across different countries

• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, HR, legal, and commercial teams

• Continuously improve financial systems, tools, and processes for better efficiency and accuracy

• Act as the primary liaison for regional external auditors, banking partners, and regulatory authorities

• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, ACCA or CA preferred)

• Min 5 years experience in Finance Management role

• Experience in Regional Finance Management will be preferred

• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP)

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 630pm)

• Location: Central

• Salary: Up to 12.5k
