Regional Finance Process Manager

Job Scope:

• Support global transformation efforts by designing efficient finance processes.

• Collaborate with regional teams to review, align, and improve finance-related business processes.

• Identify change needed with local teams and help implement both global and local finance-related projects.

• Assist to develop and roll out international standards for processes and data, working with process owners, business stakeholders, and IT.

• Focus on end-to-end finance processes, ensuring they meet both global standards and local accounting requirements.

• Support ERP system rollouts across regions and assist business units after implementation to ensure stable, high-quality, and compliant processes that integrate with group reporting.

• Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatic, Accounts or related

• Min 3 years experience in Accounting/IT/Project Management/Audit or equivalent

• Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8am - 5pm)

• Location: Tai Seng

• Salary: Up to $8000
