Regional IT Support Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor IT systems, networks, servers, and cloud environments

  • Handle system updates, backups, security checks, and maintenance

  • Supporting mobile devices, PC, servers and IO devices

  • Provide L1/L2 support for hardware, software, and network issues

  • Troubleshoot problems and coordinate with vendors when needed

  • Respond to incidents, escalate when required, and help resolve recurring issues

  • Keep system documentation and user guides up to date

  • Support regional/global IT projects

  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, IT or related field

  • Min 4 years experience in IT operations/systems

  • Experience with IT Service Management tools (E.g. Serviceware, Jira etc) is an advantage

  • Experience with IT infrastructure including servers, networking, voice, cloud platforms, and operating systems (Windows, Linux, SQL)

  • Experience with troubleshooting and supporting common business applications (e.g., Microsoft Office 365, VPN, Active Directory, Sharepoint, Team)

  • 2 Years Contract is renewable

  • Travel overseas whenever required

  • Location: Tai Seng

  • Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8am-5pm)

  • Salary: Up to $6000

  • Able to start work immediate or on short notice
