Retail Manager

Job Scope:

• Meet and exceed sales targets set by management.

• Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and set a positive example for the team.

• Develop in-depth product knowledge to effectively address customer needs.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the outlet.

• Manage stock levels and inventory to ensure adequate supply.

• Prepare and submit reports and feedback to management.

• Train new staff on product knowledge and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Min 2 years of related retail supervisory experience 

• Experience in sports industry is an advantage 

• Working hours: 5/6 days per week (44 hours per week)

• Location: Suntec

• Salary: Up to $4500
