Retail Operations Executive

Job Scope:

• Review duty rosters and manpower allocation to ensure staffing and scheduling compliance

• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and daily operational discipline across outlets

• Support daily store operations and ensure adherence to SOPs and housekeeping standards

• Conduct operational checks including transactions, stock accuracy, CCTV, and compliance reviews

• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve operational, system, and maintenance issues

• Assist with ordering of store supplies and materials to ensure smooth store operations

• Assist with stock counts, audits, events, and new store openings or closures

• Support events if required

• Prepare basic operational reports and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Retail Management, Business or related field

• Min 1-2 years experience in Retail Operations

• Working Hours: 44 hours per week

• Working Location: Central (Travel around retail stores)

• Salary: Up to $3500
