Retail Supervisor

Job Scope:

• Achieving sales target set by management

• Ensure smooth operation and efficiency

• Providing quality service to all customers and lead by example

• Be well versed and trained in products to meet customer needs

• Assisting with outlet housekeeping

• Managing stock/inventory in the outlet

• Submission of reports and feedback to management

• Providing training to new staff on product knowledge and SOPs

• Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min 3 years of related retail supervisory experience

• Working Hours: 5 - 6 days work week

• Location: Orchard

• Salary: Up to $3500 (Basic)

• Able to start work immediately or on short notice
