Senior Sales Executive, Conference Systems

Job Scope:

1. Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute account-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with system integrators and end-users.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships within the professional IT and audio industry, including systems integrators and end-users.

  • Act as the primary contact for assigned accounts, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

  • Work closely with marketing, product management, and technical support teams to deliver customized solutions.


2. Market Knowledge & Insights

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the professional audio market.

  • Provide consultative insights to clients on how solutions can address their business needs.


3. Negotiation & Contracts:

  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of agreements with clients.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies while maintaining profitability.


4. Reporting & Forecasting

  • Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, account plans, and performance reports to management.

  • Track account activities, opportunities, and pipeline progress through CRM tools.


5. Customer Support & Training

  • Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training sessions for clients.

  • Provide post-sales support and resolve client issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.


Requirements:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in end user account management, IT sales or business development(Experience in professional conferencing solutions or related industry is an advantage).

  • Strong understanding of professional conferencing products, solutions and applications.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated with a proven ability to manage accounts and achieve sales targets.

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm

  • Basic Salary: Up to RM 5500
