Job Scope:
1. Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute account-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with system integrators and end-users.
Build and maintain strong client relationships within the professional IT and audio industry, including systems integrators and end-users.
Act as the primary contact for assigned accounts, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Work closely with marketing, product management, and technical support teams to deliver customized solutions.
2. Market Knowledge & Insights
Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the professional audio market.
Provide consultative insights to clients on how solutions can address their business needs.
3. Negotiation & Contracts:
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of agreements with clients.
Ensure compliance with company policies while maintaining profitability.
4. Reporting & Forecasting
Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, account plans, and performance reports to management.
Track account activities, opportunities, and pipeline progress through CRM tools.
5. Customer Support & Training
Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training sessions for clients.
Provide post-sales support and resolve client issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
3-5 years’ experience in end user account management, IT sales or business development(Experience in professional conferencing solutions or related industry is an advantage).
Strong understanding of professional conferencing products, solutions and applications.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a proven ability to manage accounts and achieve sales targets.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm
Basic Salary: Up to RM 5500
