Technical Support Engineer

Job Scope:

• Respond to phone and email questions from sales reps and customers about products and their uses

• Troubleshoot customer problems remotely and conduct product application testing

• Create and update training materials and product manuals

• Develop and update product training sessions, materials and product manuals

• Share product updates and helpful info through the company intranet or newsletters

• Collaborate with the parent company on new products and marketing materials

• Travel to customer sites or offices for training events

• Assist sales reps with customer presentations and quotations whenever required

• Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or related fields

• Training provided

• Knowledge in HMI Programming/PLC is an advantage

• Working Location: Bendemeer

• Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8.15am-5.30pm)

• Salary: Up to $4200
